Well if Satan says so... that was strangely a bop...
I woke up with the following song in my head... It was one of those songs that you just can't find... I heard it everywhere, but never the whole song or long enough to get clues or at least a hint... it haunted me for years... there was no Shazam yet, I knew how to search lyrics but because english isn't my first language I struggled catching them... I could live it up...? eat you up...? WTF are you saying...? WHY CAN'T YOU SING A VERSE CLEARLY...?
One day I was walking around downtown when suddenly, THERE IT WAS...! I stopped abruptly and immediately, a friend was talking to me about something relatively important and I said SHUT THE F*CK UP... and proceeded to try and catch enough words for a google search while he stared at me with a poker face...
The song was coming from a parked taxi waiting for a passenger with the windows open... there was a lot of city noise so I had to get closer pointing my ear towards the open passenger window... the look on the driver's face was also priceless... after a couple minutes I got enough and as soon as I got home I went straight to the computer and BAAAM... Finally...

Seems accurate... I can feel the hollow in my life while I tried to fill it with this beautiful song... that instead of me searching for it seemed to have been looking for me... to be my only company during those days... father didn't want to receive me at his girlfriend's house because I was too dirty and smelly... too from the street... I would have rather die on it than go to my mom and ask her anything... only to have it thrown in my face later... like the caesarean scar that was my fault...
Everyday was just a a day... no Mondays no Sundays... just light enough to go get something to eat... or dark enough to watch my back... or rainy enough to know I'll be pushing water outside...
Walking and walking nowhere... walking some more at the sound of Hold On... sinking into that beautiful arpeggio that made my skin hairs petrify, my muscles cramp up... probably telling... "You are not gone yet...It isn't over until you said is over..."
Imagining daily how many seconds would it take me to unbutton, unholster, remove safety and say good bye motherfuckers before someone frustrates my attempt...
Pedestrians passing by... going home with their families and or loved ones... the police telling me I can't be sitting here either...
