Hotfix - Equipment upgrade times reduced to 5 seconds, gas price changes and more

We found a bug in update 1.3 that fails to display upgrades in your Workshop building. As a temporary fix, we've reduced all equipment upgrade times to 5 seconds.
Upgrade times will return to normal in the next update, so take advantage of this while you still can!
We have also reduced the Gold cost of a single unit of Gas from 5 to 4. Along with this, we've also made it much more likely that you will find Gas in reward crates after watching an advert.
