Is it possible to beat Chapter 14E02 with latest Freemans boost??

Finally I tried to finish Chapter 14. Episode 01 - smooth but E02....!!!
3x 10k HP Freemans and our Bruiser fellow die in second turn whatever we do.
If somebody can finish it with current Freemans boost I will call this person - Master Of The Living Dead.
Bruiser fellow lvl 18 against lvl 24 Freemans..

Did you guys checked this map after Freemans boost? I'm sure it's unbeatable...

It's impossible now. I've tried 14.5 and no way to succeed after the change. 14.2 before change was not so hard.

I would try with the assault boost we got. It means assault starts with his stun ability charged this week. Might work.

To be fair that survivor we're helping out should be as strong as them. I dont understand why hes not. -

No chance at all. I tried every available combination. No way to kill even 1 Freeman. Your Bruiser fellow will always die<img src="http://i.imgur.com/d6070rs.jpg"alt="" /> -
Assaults are not so suitable for 14 episode. It was best with shooters and scouts. It may take a lot of assaults attacks to kill one Freeman and your want to do it with less attacks since one Freeman attack on your cause bleeding and second death on those levels.

You can take only 2 survivors. You can't kill 1 Freeman in 2 turns.. 2 turns = bruiser death.<img src="http://i.imgur.com/d6070rs.jpg"alt="" />

I took a legendary shooter and hunter of level 15 at normal mode. Bruiser did get heavily injured, but my own survivors got through perfectly.
But I'm assuming you're going at it in hard mode (or Nightmare?), because the bruiser you say you have to rescue is level 18 whereas mine was level 17.
Can't seem to retieve it through search engine atm, but there was a topic with people giving tips for mission 14 nightmare, before and after 2.2. -
Nightmare. There is no power on this world to save this bruiser
your team can barely survive... but not lvl 18 bruiser with bare gear

Maybe in update 2.3 with survivor level 21 & gear level 24 vs level 24 freemen will be a little easier to beat.

It's not really fair that the bruiser is level 17 in Normal mode and level 18 in nightmare. Should at least be level 19 to balance it out a bit.

I'm completely stuck on 14.5. I'm sure the moves have to be exact I just haven't figured it out yet . Can't seem to find a video on it either...

I do not believe it's possible.... i almost did not make it in Nightmare before the Freemen turned into x-men....

I don't know about chapter 14 nightmare yet,. But I was stuck on 13.5 for ages,. But just used two assaults with the fully charged stuns to pass that level,..will try others and see how it goes,..
Maybe taking abe can boost chances will see -

After a few months of not even thinking about working on the story missions I jumped back on to 12-6 on nightmare mode tonight. Finished it off in one try thanks in large part to the assualt buff with a full charge to start the mission. I was also able to finish every mission on 13 in nightmare in one try. After reading these posts, I'm not sure wasting my time on any of 14 is worth my time with the superhuman freemen. Thoughts @Shteevie ? Thanks

@Amiga I did it a little over a week ago. I used Darryl and my strongest scout. 3rd try the alarm didn't go off, I don't know what the difference was with the first 2 tries. It did frustrate me, I wish I could remember more to help. I did watch the YouTube videos before I went in, maybe give that a try for a hint that could help. I felt like it was dumb luck when I got past him

On Nightmare mode? Really hard to believe. All shoots are body shoots...3 turns not enough to kill 1 Freeman and their 2 shoots can easily wipe our team.
We can pick only 2 survivors so how could you take 3? I'm sure we speak about different map.

No sorry it wasn't nightmare. I guess its getting late and once u hit your 40's your comprehension starts to go lol. Good luck to you!!!, You can get it fixed for when I'm ready for nightmare mode ;D

@Shteevie can you advise regarding the 14.2 change? I, as well as the many others here have seen a royal whooping, time and time again. Just decided to run a story mission and it was night-and-day tonite. (ps. No Assult used)
a) The Freemen came immediately for me, not her.
b) the L20 Freemen health was equal to L19s from last, and previous, challenge last weeks since their buffing
Was there a change, or is the "trick" is to play these missions when Challenges don't include Saviors and Freemen....? -
What the freemen choose to go after is somewhat random, but the relative distances between the various targets does have an effect. There was no secret change to the freemen; you were seeing the same levels, HP, and damage numbers as before.
It is true that we want players to 'build' special setups for these missions. Bullet dodge and single-target high damage attacks, or maybe a stun strategy, would be pretty good here, but health boost, wider arc, or high powered pistols are probably not so great.
It's something we're watching closely, as we want it to be beatable, but also really hard. I appreciate all the comments and shared experiences here. I know how I feel about the mission, but I also know other people have different expectations.
