Chance for more attacks is the one I use in outposts.

Overwatch Interrupt and more attack chance is the perfect combo.

The interrupt helps when the defender has a straggling melee survivor greeting you at the front door.

I would use the axe.

Yeah, the axe is better because it could fully charge more quickly, but I would rather have something with Interrupt. That stops fatties in their tracks and my ranged team finishes them off.

@euchid As others said already, axe is better but no raid without Scout with interrupt. It is must have. As well as for fatties/armored as for melee behind gate.
