I don't know if anyone actually answered your question. NG does not usually discount the bundles you see in the store.

However, sometimes they have promotions. For example, gold or radio bundles might have extra gold and radios for the same price during that "sale."

Around holidays, NG also has much cheaper bundles for $2-3 USD that contain gold, radios, survivor slots, tokens, and other goodies. But they don't appear that often.
