Android: Game is not saved

Excuse me for my English, I am from Germany.

I've been playing this game since the first day. After a few days I did not like my name in the game and I started again with another name. The game was always linked to Google. I thought at least. The update has changed. I now have this display under Settings:

The problem probably occurred because I started again under the same Google account. I can only restore the score. However, this would be level 5, which I canceled. Can someone give me some advice on how to eliminate the problem? Probably I had luck so far, that nothing happened. I would like to get the problem under control before anything else happens. Thank you!

Interesting issue. I believe that you are fine for the moment; the fact that your account came up correctly after the update means that you shouldn't have a problem if you keep this device.

Well it just happened to me I though something was wrong because it kept saying I wasn't saving my data I clicked connected and lost my entire camp. I literally was just playing on my lvl 48 account. I'm the leader of the guild the mechanics. Ive done many 24 hour gas store purchase. How can I fix this? @Shteevie

While no mans land is off, reboot your phone. Then open just the app for google play like you would to redeem, etc. Be sure you are logged in as the correct account in that app. Then when you are back in NML and touch the settings tab it should recognize you and you get the google play smile face cartoon that says hello Raymond (whoever) and rolls back off the top of screen real quick. It should then automatically say 'game saved'.
I learned never to uninstall the game, and never get confused on the restore buttons unless you go step by step with correct NG info. -
Happened to me also, and I've tried a few different ways to fix it but failed. My level was dropped from level 53 to 7 once, level 35 to 7 once and a few times from 10ish to 7 cos my Google play record was level 7. I've also asked this question in game issue but being ignored by NG.

@Aeshur005 , @Grano , if you haven't done so, please initiate lost game procedure from the game.
From the game, click settings (gear icon), help, contact us.
Send a message to support:
If you lost your save game data after you deleted the application or while transferring your game to another device, you can recover it via your Game Center or Google Play account.
If that doesn't work, first make sure you have your new game attached to your Google Play or your Game Center account. Then contact us providing the following information and labelling your message "I lost my account":
In-game player name of original game
In-game player level of original game
Name of guild from original game (if applicable)
Platform (Android, iOS)
If you made in-app purchases on the lost save game, remember to include receipts of your purchases in your message. Without these we will not be able to recover your account.
Note that investigating can not start without the required information.

The only way to recover your lost games is through support. The forum can help but support is who you need to contact. -
I've done all of the above 30 mins ago how long does it take to get an awnser back?

@Aeshur005 , as support is based in Finland and it's 10:17 pm there, I would say give support time (day(s), not hours or minutes).

@KaLi , please be respectful of others. I've lost my game before and it's not a pleasant experience and I don't wish that on anyone. Even as a joke it's in poor taste.

there goes the rest of my day farming 3mil food for my council! And getting ready for the challenge! That'll teach me to press green flashing button that says click here or your game won't be saved!

@zbot I wasnt trying to be sarcastic or make it a joke so I think you took it the wrong way.
I also lost my account before too so I know that feeling.
The first time it took support 1.5 months to get back to me
The second time it took 2 weeks.
I was just giving him the answer based on my experience in the past which is why i said "maybe a week or two"

@KaLi , sorry about that, was your contact with support through in game or via email? Unless something is really wrong, it normally doesn't take that long.

Someone in my guild just informed there might be an us office I can call? But I can't find phone numbers

iPhone displays that my game is connected and saved to Game Center. Linked android tablet displays it's connected but not saved to Google Play. Should the game be saved to both? I can play at player level 58 using both devices, but Google Play offers to restore a level 6 game. Is there a risk that lvl 58 game is overwritten in both devices?

@Aeshur005 , I am not aware of a US office but I can ask tomorrow.
@snafu , at any point did you restart your game on android using your current google play account? Also which device was the original device? What did you do to link the two devices?

iPhone is the original device. I was signed in Google Play when I played to level 6 and decided to link devices instead of playing two separate games.

I got that message earlier. Had played about 4 scavenge missions and a dialog popped up informing that my game wasn't being saved in Google Play. Immediately after that another message stating a problem with Google Play Services.
I then assumed was just a problem with my phone and the service stopping unexpectedly (happened to me before but never with this game). So I just restarted my device and before opening the game went and opened Play Games. It logged in without problems, and when opened the game everything was just as I left it.
I didn't press any button in the game fearing sync problems. Just made sure Google Play was working fine before attempting anything. -
I'm fixed!!! Thanks ng for waking up early and bring me back to life!

@Aeshur005 glad support was able to help. Confirmed that there's no US office.
@snafu from my experience there might be an issue. I would try to use a different google play ID and try a clean link (without any save game activity) normally the link game save affect each other. -
@zbot I deleted my Play Games profile, removed the game and re-installed it. Game started with tutorial and I linked the devices again. Then I created a new Gamer ID and connected to Google Play, but now that level 6 game is being offered again.

@snafu are you using the same google play ID or a different one?

If you are using a new different ID, delete the game and reinstall it using the new google play ID.

Same happened to me and no doubt thousands more people. Basically it's not good enough especially when people spend money. The information on how to contact support is pathetic and the response time is ridiculous. I wouldn't waste a penny on this game until they sort out these very basic issues. @wotever if you've already sent in a support request hang in there. There were some fixes implemented this morning with account linking and many users were restored, if that didn't help, please wait for support.

I also changed phones and lost game progress because I didn´t save a new profile after dropping the previous one. problem is that my new one - jgr - is level 58 and the one saved is only level 37.
I've sent a msg to support, but haven´t had a response so far. I also spent money on the game and I would like to play again. However, I refuse to with an old level 37
Something interesting is that Google Play is sticking to my old profile and insisting on restoring it on a new game installation, but all my previous achievements 'till level 58 can be seen on play center...
