Anyone know how to get in touch with support urgently? Are they on forum? Game save messed up

Hi

Someone from support has swapped mine and my daughters game saves over, so my game wants to restore her save and her game wants to restore mine. They responded almost instantly yesterday and asked for a screenshot but nothing since.

I can now not play on my iPhone as the game is over a day behind my iPad save as it's no longer synced, so need it resolving ASAP.

So does anyone know if there's a way to get in touch with them outside of the game, like a phone number or something? I'm worried that my game save willl be deleted or something

Hey @nickc25, your save game is perfectly safe and support will be able to restore it as soon as they get the chance.

Hiya thanks, I've been really worried as I've spent a lot of time and money so that puts my mind at ease

This is what it's doing, quite comical really, now I'm not as worried as I was earlier on
