stun be reduced with 2 hits in 1 round

I just finished Chapter 14 Mission 2 in the highest difficulty. I've used 2 Bruiser. Both have a weapon with the chance of extra stunning. When I hit the Freeman Bruiser, he was stunned for 2 rounds. Then I attacked him in the same round with my other Bruiser. The number of rounds of stun was reduced from 2 to 1. It is clear, that you only have a certain percentage chance of extra stun. The stun does not increase from 2 to 3 or 4 with an additional hit, I can understand. But that the rounds of the stun with an additional hit is reducing, can not be correct from my point of view.

@Loewe1968 did the Freeman Bruiser move attack after your round?

No @zbot ... but reducing the stun from 2 rounds after the first hit, to 1 round after the second hit, does not make sense for me.- Ex-Leader "Breaking Deads" -

What happens is the 2 turn stun counts down to 1 at the end of your turn.
So if the stun was only 1 turn counter during your turn then the Freeman would move/attack during their turn. -
@zbot ... The round was not finished with the second hit as the stunning was reduced from 2 to 1 round. The survivor I was supposed to save, would still have his action left.- Ex-Leader "Breaking Deads" -

Ok that's why I asked if the freeman moved or attacked during their turn. Take screen shots next time and post in bugs, it looks like a issue with the stun counter not the stun itself.

I do hope it is a bug, and not intended.
It could be easier, from programming perspective, to let the last hit count.
I hope that is not the reason.
