How do you reach support if you cant reach them in game (URGENT)

Sorry for posting this here but its more visible and needs a quick reply!

Anyone know how to reach them!

I just failed a challenge mission and the games got stuck. The fail screen hasn't loaded and i can still pan around the map, the music still plays and i can zoom in and out, flee doesn't work either.

Ive fully closed down the app but it reboots into the same situation.

    Does it let you flee the map at the cost of one of your survivors? Not that this is a fix, but at long as it lets you get back to your play time, right? lol

    He said "flee doesn't work either." so I guess not.

    I hope that @Teeceezy will be able to help.

    That really sucks to be stuck like that.

    @Jaden Ha! Right you are! And here I was thinking that paintbeast was silly for mentioning reboot since he said that in his original post as well. My bad.

    By the way, I can't stand to look at those pictures anymore--poor Abraham :cry:

    Nope flee, dosnt work all i can, do on screen is pan around the map and zoom in & out, ive rebboted the app & my ipad and it just laods back into the same situation.

    I have found contact form on NGs site with the help of a guild mate now but i aint hopeful of swift action.

    How about uninstall - reinstall of app

    I wouldn't dare unistalling-reinstalling the app right now.

    Guildmate of mine lost access to both his accounts after support said it was okay to switch. So I would really not want to risk my account.

    Better wait for support to react... or not... with the current situation I am not sure about anything anymore. :(

    @poppy if you can click on the settings (gear icon), help, contact us. Tell support what you posted on the thread.

    Or try to load the game, press 3 fingers on the screen for 10 seconds to see if you can access help.

    In my defense, the op mentioned rebooting the app, not the device.
