Outpost defender placement

I am not able to change the positions of my defenders. If I try to, the defender disappears and consistently gets put back into the little bar on the side that tells you how many available placements there are. It's been 2 weeks now that this problem has persisted and It has been mentioned before.
It creates this weird green outline when I try to move.
When will it be fixed @Teeceezy @Fearofabotplanet ?

    Hey @Avengers, a fix will be implemented into a future update. In the meantime, you can tap the "Place all defenders" button and then rearrange them as you wish.
