GEAR CRATE CHART

I know I've seen a list of what player lvl guarantees certain lvl gear from legendary crates. Does anyone have it, I can't find it anywhere. Need the info for one of the players in our lower guilds.

The reward level has changed after 2.6 update

I believe all that has changed is that player lvl 60-62 inclusive give gear lvl 21 & 22 and then lvl 63 guarantees lvl 22 gear.
