Punish trigger power strike?

Since punish triggers after your move and then also after the walkers move, does punish then strike with power strike since you haven't moved? Providing you have both traits, obviously.

Power strike is only during your turn.

Your manual turn, right? Because punish does come after the AI's turn.

Punish is a reaction to the AI's turn, still in the AI's turn.

Just like when you try to run past a walker, and it triggers an attack.
That's not after your turn, it's during.
