Army Base - Overview, Strategies & Tips

It was fun going through a new challenge! I tried to be pretty thorough and think there are some theoretically solid strategies, but I'm sure more will be added throughout the week as I play through them and you guys share your strategies below. I'll probably be posting some vids later in the week as well (as well as the map overview graphic), but for now I have some solid pics showing some movements that should be useful.

It is weekly challenges no easy cake walk !

At 25.3 (round 23) I used:
assault-hunter-shooter on Weapons Free (but just about any ranged team seems fine)
warrior-bruiser-scout on All Around
three assaults (inc. Abe) on Point of Entry (killing everything spawning on left, then working toward door)
three assaults (inc. Abe) on Out in the Open
warrior-bruiser-scout on M.A.S.H.
warrior-bruiser-scout on Blow It Up

What are you guys using? Who's using what at higher levels?

Thanks! Point of Entry seems to be the gate map this week, and using multiple assault stuns helped a lot. Before round 18, I'd been getting by fine with my usual assault-shooter-scout team.

I would like to make a suggestion - now that we finally have a round number, can everyone list that along with RSL? Those of us not yet at max level can make easier use of tips in our later rounds if we know when the endgamers switched strategies for their harder rounds.

I'm clearing my 20th, 21st rounds now and have found a hunter+ scout + ( either assualt or shooter) have been my easiest set ups.

Scout mostly takes care of the armored and tank walkers snd collects chests, my hunter (Maggie, because i can still farm for exp) clears the way of exploding walkers, and the assault either blankets the immediate area for weakening normal walkers, or the shooter one shots lv 25/26 walkers, and thanks to Charging on his weapon, he gets a charge attack VERY often.

Great idea about round numbers. Those teams I posted above got me three stars through round 23 (RSL 25.3). I have to confess, though, that I repeated missions much more than I normally would, because of the 1-minute gas. Normally I would have started accepting 2 star missions by that stage, and I'd even take 1 star on some missions in RSL 26.

This challenge has been a lot of fun. Thanks to some badge drops I think, I'm close to finishing round 20 (RSL 19.1), 2 rounds better than my best finish to date. The best thing about these maps is that (other than POE), you can use some strategy and outmaneuver or outrun a lot of trouble. It's especially fun to sneak through the back alley in MASH. Great job on this challenge!

Balls of steel on POE man! I was screaming "STUN!" On that second to last move, but you had just enough space open to use it on the next move and clean up.

Yeah these videos are great, @OneLessTitan . Now that my bruiser isn't stunning reliably I'm using your scout hunter assault combo on a couple of these, and it's great.

I also switched out my bruiser for a second warrior on Blow It Up, and that's working alright. I'm not sure what you're using on that one because I haven't watched the video yet.

Three assaults

I don't think mine would manage it. I'm still doing all melee on Blow It Up. When the gate blows I get all the walkers to follow me around one way, then run for the exit the other way.

But 27.2 is going to be the end for me, if I can get M.A.S.H. one more time.

EDIT: I lied. I got through 27.3. Thanks again for the videos!
