Can someone please tell me how to get my highlights mission picture posted over here so I can get a badge? I'm sure it is a dumb question but I have tried everything lol.

In the top right of the editor, the first button that is less visible, next to the left aligned text button, you get the option to select your image to upload.

Edit - this should show where the option is better
