Anyone having an issue with the game freezing with wrestling?

I thought this was a fluke the first time it happened. Then it happened again. Now a third time. And I’m not sure what is causing this issue.
So my hunter with a wrestling trait on her jacket gets attacked by an exploder (twice with full health, once after being swiped and a tiny bit of green left), and it goes straight into wrestling with the exploder, no warning swipe. I end turn, hoping she can work her way out of it since the other two are range. Nope, still wrestling. I try exploding it, hopefully she’ll have enough health to make it through. Nope, instant death. But that’s not it? Doesn’t the screen fade to black and I read her obituary? Nope, exploder seems to not have enough and keeps wrestling the dead corpse of my hunter. Like some kind of .... zombie! So what do I do? Game won’t end? What are my choices? Hmm, end turn again or flee? Ok. Try end turn first. No?! That dirty corpse is still digging into my hunter? Now that option is gone. Might as well try to flee. Ok, so hit flee. Why is it giving me three options in flee? My hunter is already dead. Ok, pick her. Ah. That did it. Fade to black and.... and.... isn’t this the obituary part YET?? Nothing! Close the game and reload.

THIS SAME SENERIO THREE TIMES NOW! No response yet from the help desk. Just a little FYI. It happened. Is it because of her wrestling trait jacket? Can’t say for sure but if it quacks like a duck...

I thought about it a little more, freezing is probably not the right term. But idk what to call it. Buggy?

Yeah, I get it, wrestle time is over.... Drop the body already....
Even the zombies are rubbing it in our faces...... Smh

And I did the same. End turn. Flee. It was never ending torture. Close game.

I could move invisible Sasha and shoot walkers


There was no end turn option so I restarted the game. Ended up in challenge mission selection and Sasha was in hospital.

Same happened in The Distance, too. Turn just didn't end even though everyone was dead but one who was dead but not dead, couldn't flee, either... had to restart the game...

Sorry, I can't remember. Somewhere around 17 or so. Was a map with Freemen, I think...

How could that possibly happen when Next Games does such amazing and extensive testing before every update?!
