Watched cinema ads but not able to claim reward

I have watched four cinema ads in a row. After watching the ads I am taken directly back to camp with no chance to claim the reward.

    This is always happening to me now and it getting old. Every time they say there is a better chance of getting a legendary crate, hero tokens in the phone calls, or something I never win those either. I must have the worst possible luck in the apocalypse. I put in work on this game too. I average 350+ stars for my guild plus all the other missions. I know not as many as some but I stay active.

    This needs to be fixed I am watching ads over and over using my data and I am not getting any rewards for using that data. It’s already a gambling based reward system. I don’t need glitches or bugs completely killing the odds for me. It’s almost stop me from playing completely, but I love this as a phone based game. Better than chess!
