    @DonCoqui I was going to wait till I leveled toons to 21, but then got tired of this popping up so I just unlocked him. Right now sitting at level 20 and him being 3 start I don't have much use so could wait. But oh well

    I agree is annoying.... We already know that we can unlock him, we don't need a message to pop up every time we play the game....
    I wish I could turn off in game notifications !!!!!

    Unfortunately, you'll be seeing this pop up until you unlock him.
    We had the same experience with The Governor.
    You'll get used to it :#

    why sit at 2 level 22s? starting rsl for challenge is the same once you are at 21's and above.

    Cause I quit competitive play months ago and wasn't aware...

    I just unlock heroes. I can't be bothered with strategically ignoring them, although I understand why someone would. So congratulations on your perseverance and I hope you can keep it up! I'll have to join you when and if they release Andrea as a hero, because there's no way I'm unlocking her.
