WTF is this BS ad?

Not only does it play sound when my phone is silenced, but it also didn't let me open my extra crates.

Ads use the "media" volume. Maybe when your phone was silenced it was only the ringtone, but not media.

I often silence my phone for ringtones, but still stream radio over bluetooth, which is a particularly bad time to play an ad because the ad is usually higher volume than the radio, and I don't listen to radio quietly...

For iOS, using the button to silence your phone will silence both the ringtone and any audio from games, videos, etc. None of the other ads have audible sound, just this one and one or two in the past that were also glitched.

I was just tryna poop out some turds in my office bathroom and kill some zombies. Instead, I got a loud ad that scared the heebie jeebies out of me, drew questions from the guy in the stall next to me, and didn't even let me unlock the gold crate I was hoping to unlock (which was honestly probably just a green item).

Had similar results when I watched it an hour ago. No sound for me but it stayed on screen for a long time till I hit the screen and than it tried to jump to their website. Hit the back button and than it played for roughly 15 seconds before ending. No chests offered after it was over.

OMG, that shit (pun intended) is absolutely hilarious @JayZ. Rarely do I "literally" LOL at my desk (usually just a smile, occasionally a light chuckle), but my secretary just had to ask me "wtf is so funny in there"....HILARIOUS!!!

Hahaha thanks @DBones and @Jenng. I’ve noticed that my LOLs are way behind my Likes and Agrees, so I gotta troll for LOLs so I have a balanced forum experience!

We can't really fix an ad because we have no access to it. We can however say to the Ad providers things like: "DUDE, YOUR ADS ARE MAKING MY PLAYERS MAD", but we need to know which Ad provider in question is sending you this nasty ad. So if it happens again (and I hope it doesn't happen in your peaceful pooping moment), could you take a screenshot of the end of the ad (the screen where the "x-to-close-screen-button" appears and send it to support? So they can forwarded it to our point of contact and we'll get that ad removed.
