Play The Distance Tuesdays and Saturdays to collect awesome rewards.
Normal Mode is a great way to build up your supplies and collect Hero Tokens.
Hard Mode is difficult but the rewards are higher. Fragments, Components, Hero Tokens and Aaron Tokens.

Fuck i played normal mode because i thought that in hard mode would not give Carol tokens and they are giving 100 carol tokens .

50 tokens for carol (amongst other things) for 400 gold to replay is about 8 gold per token.

Since the TG shop increases exponentially regarding 4 for 30 then 4 for 70 etc; it’s not a half bad idea to replay distance for the tokens of you do normal again or whatever.

32 gold flat for 4 tokens (rather then 30, 70 etc) is a better deal.

I should add that I’m 55 carol away promoting her to legendary. I finished distance.

For 400 gold I’ll get 50 more then only need 5 more to complete the promotion.

For me 400 gold to guarantee the spear is well worth it. In most of the bundles that involve weapons, the weapon is about $2-$4 when you subtract out the other things included in it.

Since the game doesn’t sell weapons by themselves (I paid $13 for 1K gold and that fire flare pistol) which I wish they would; spending $4 worth of gold to get a special weapon is well worth it to me. Plus the Merle tokens and other things too it’s (to me) well worth it and something I plan to do later tonight.

Per the Carol announcement, there should at least be Carol tokens (don’t know about other increased awards). For Carol WEEK, we are to get Carol tokens.

Count me among the ticked off!

Since the Distance debuted, Tuesday's rewards have always repeated on Saturdays. Pulling the rug out from under the whole community, right when many are banking on those rewards to earn the prize you've been promoting for nearly 2 weeks, is a travesty!

I hope this was an unintentional error, and will be fixed rapidly. If this IS intentional, hoo boy, you just crapped all over us, didnt ya?

Going to paste the same answer I've posted in the other thread:

HOOOOOOOOOOOOOOLD!

- If you have got hero tokens already, contact support and they will be able to send you the Carol tokens you should have received
- If you haven't got any hero tokens yet, wait a little bit because one dude is fixing it as we speak!

The rewards should be Carol instead of other Hero tokens, but not increased rewards as we had last Tuesday.

I'm really sorry about that.

I'll let you know as soon as it's fixed!
