@Kaz The distance is starting at the correct time. Daily Quests and Challenge are one hour behind. Daylight savings time.

There should only ever be rare hero tokens at the end of hard Distance , it's basically the only chance we have to ever see Michonne or Carl tokens with the new radio call patterns and odds .. 75 Daryl tokens is ridiculous for what it takes to get through this set on hard . Messing with the Distance rewards after all the other reward nerfs will be some players last straw.

Given 75 Michonne Token I guess nobody will go the Normal Path.
