The true answer to your question would be how you intend to play. If you are like many who never use Melee survivors, while Carlos has great traits, he will be useless if left at the campfire every mission.

If you plan to use Scouts, he has some great traits so far and that mystical fifth trait will be the 'make all/break all' factor in his longevity.

He has been working hard to update it with new and current information and I find his site to be a godsend of compiled information about the game.

The Walking Dead Guide is a resource that I use almost daily when I want to try to mix up my gameplay.
