Problem with double supplies

Hi! I've made some scavangers missions and the crate rewards was doubled but not the reward at the end of the missions. Now it's OK but I would like to know if I can have lost rewards. Thank you

    I ran many missions before the fix and restarting, I think we can just chuck those up to bad luck.

    Seen worse mistakes.
