Some reaction for a new season?

Episode 4 I thought was just ok,I don't normally mind slower paced episodes but this just felt abit flat. On a brighter note the Negan,Daryl and Lydia scenes were good,felt really sorry for Lydia. Looking forward to see what happens next ☺

Just watched 2 episode...missing last week...nothing relevant happened. Watchable, nothing more.

Well, I had foreseen an interesting episode and so it was! Different situations detached from each other that overall make the whole thing enjoyable. Very nice situations with Negan! Ezekiel's decline, Magna's past ... yes, super positive episode !!

Negan's back ☺,had a good laugh listening to his potty mouth LOL. Really funny,sad and gory,great episode.

OMG Negan and Beta was hilarious. Where the hell is Aaron though to tell everyone that the water might be tainted, seems abit to late anyway.

My first thought was really aimed at Aaron, where is he? Excellent Beta / Negan duets. Finally, Eugene's heart is consoling with a new "voice". Episode that cheers up finally!

As much as I like Aaron he's pissing me off why he didn't go and tell everyone about the water. I can't believe Dante is a whisperer even though a lot of people suspected it,I really liked him and thought he'd be a great addition to the group. It's all going to go wrong for Alpha when Lydia shows up,just hope they don't kill off Alpha midseason it would be way too soon.

Had hope that this half of season will be great - plot was going very well with Negan inside Whisperers or capturing one of them by Carol and Daryl. Eugene radio talking was also very interesting. Only thing annoyed me was Aaron not talking about water. Seriously, man are you an id**t? Or maybe writers think that we are id**ts, who will not see this? One episode before last made me wait impatiently first time for a loong time for next one. And now ? Such a disappointment.
Dante killing Siddiq just after he notices what's going on. Everyone drinking same water, but only little part of them got sick - and several situations with Siddiq who ask them to drink water. Seriously, if someone didn't connect this fact few episodes earlier with Aaron and Gamma situation, then he will not connect it with water even if you show it 30 times. Carol and Lydia came on the bridge just when Aaron met Gamma. Such a coincidence.

I know lot of anger you can find above, in my first post, but I had to drop off my feelings.

Hi @MrChris I know how you feel,some of it is frustrating especially the water plot,it was far more important to tell your loved ones about tainted water then getting to know an enemy, Aaron has a daughter at Alexandria for God sake. Still love the show though LOL ☺

The midseason finale to me was abit disappointing basically all set up for second half,no negan and very little of Alpha. What I did like was the opening scene and of course the surprise of Father G killing Dante. I love the show always but this first half has not been consistent, episode 2 is one of the best episodes ever in my opinion but the rest has been up and down. I've heard that the second half is going to be faster paced and more action, hope that is true,also hope Alpha gets more screen time and lasts till season finale because she is by far the highlight of the show for me.

Season was quite nice from beginning, then episodes 5 and 6 were amazing. I thought, maybe that's the moment where this show will ... walk from the dead? Then very poor ep 7 appeared and decent ep 8.

Do you remember mask found near sea? What do you think about the island with guns? Is it a trap? Maybe it's main base of Whisperers. It could fit, because actress who plays Michonne said it's her last season.

Furthermore, in new season we may hear about some new location, since Maggie comes back to the show.
It's changing to a soap opera from several seasons and level is going down with viewers number (from ~17mln at peak to ~3,2mln now). Now I've readen about 10 seasons or more and few full movies. Hope level will raise with those previews, because with viewers reduction budget will go down and soon we will need to say good bye to best part cast. Well, most of them already left.
