Badge Inventory Download

Many people have created spreadsheets to manage their badges. The pita part is keeping it up to date with valid information. With 400 or more badges it is easy for it to get out sync with reality.

I suggest that NG add an option to download our badge information as a csv file. This would make it more convenient to keep our data up to date.
The format could be:
level,,badge,value,bonus,value,type,Position,used by
epic,4,damage reduction,14%,dodge,4%,E,3,Abraham
epic,4,critical damage,18%,,,E,4,Abraham
