@Firekid i was not given the optkion - a number of others have said the same. But on my 2nd key i was and used it.

I'm really mad about the seven-person minimum for guild wars. Previous post on the forum by administrators have explicitly said the guild wars wouldn't punish people who wanted to participate if not all of their guild members did and I feel decieved.
I get that there has to be some minimum but I feel like five would be way more reasonable. 7 is over a third of the guild to start any given war, especially with only three keys that would require significant coordination.
I love this game and I love playing it on my schedule. I wish I was still able to do that and get rewards that would allow me to compete with other players. -
Just a note that myself and at least another guild member were thrown out of the war during the 3 PM mountain time round 3 times each.

My guild went into battle with 7 and another guild had 6. What is that about. @Kaz

We had 7 signed up but at battle start we only had 6 on. Played against a team of 10 and lost. I can see this happening a lot.Part of the MAVERICKS Guild Family

@Kaz I don’t know if this is a known issue or not. But our guild when we were in playing one of the sections I think junkyard central we had defeated all of the enemies in each section, and then it gave us a new board to complete. As if we hadn’t completed that section like junkyard North and South it happened repeatedly, and we weren’t getting points for it? I do have screenshots for it.
Also when fighting metalhead walkers shooters were missing them off and on I’d aim for the metalhead walker & id hit the walker that was 3 away from it. I know hunters were a known issue for them. I tried taking screenshots of this & video as well but I just changed my game playing as I went along to solve this issue so I’m not sure if it kept on happening.

hm... can you share the screenshots of the first issue? The sectors in the middle have more human opponents, so once you clear one board, another one pops up. Might be related to the same issue but a different behavior. So even if with a shooter, if you tried to hit the walker in front of you, it hit the one behind it? Do you remember if this happened with a normal shooter weapon or was it with the spear gun? -
When time ran out I was not finished with a battle it was kill the tough enemies but only one enemy was there searched the entire grid twice nothing as walkers continued to get tougher I was forced to flee leaving one survivor major injured definitely a bug

Our Guild Wars screen has been displaying “Battle Starting” for the past 24 hours. No battle ever starts, Nobody can join or quit. No number of restarts fixes it.

Last battle I participated in gave me 0 guild points and said time expired every battle

Our guild’s battle time has said 1 minute all day!! Can’t withdraw and never starts a war....very frustrating!!!

Just a “COUPLE” of known bugs? I haven’t been able to join a single battle. It’s perpetually stuck on “<1 min” and takes me around in circles. For a brief moment said “guilds are loading” and I had hope that there was some fix in the works... but nope. I restarted the game and went back to the “<1 min” run around.
Please test these things before you roll them out. It doesn’t instill confidence that this game is worth my time. I’d much rather spend time playing a game that works than writing notes about “bugs” to developers.
BTW.... just wondering... is it considered a “bug” if something doesn’t work at all? -

I know that i cant damage the walker standing in front of the metalhead woth my hunter... but also the one behind him cant be damaged even if i shoot him from the side -
Hi again.
We are a guild with stronger players (until lvl 70) and weaker players lvl 41 - 62.
For them its impossible to fight against lvl 67 walkers. They would really like to play wars but only getting ass kicked makes no fun. The consequence of this is that the guild gets hardly 7 players because the weaker ones gave up.
I dont hope ng will do something about that problem because we are just an unimportant small caution guid...
I just wantet to mention. And... i hope nobody comes on the dumb idea of kicking the weaker ones out. Our guild is more important than GW.

@Kasimir, we have a guild of mixed level and ability players too (probably most standalone guilds do) so decided to let the lower level players start and clear most of the first tier, then have the stronger players jump in after a few minutes.
Since we are not a multi team competitive guild everyone got to play (mostl) who wanted to with free gas. -
@Kaz I think it was that as you said there’s more enemies to battle inside the middle maps there. I can’t find the exact screenshot that shows it completed enemies & new set of maps, also with my guild mates have sent some to. So we maybe we’re just searching for opponents in some maps still but it was a question asked if it was a bug or not because kept coming up.Kaz said:

The gun I was using was the red flare gun for a regular survivor not a hero but she was 3 pink-starred. I knew the hunters had some sort of problem with metalhead walkers but the shooter did as well, it was just with this weapon, if I used a different one then same shooter didn’t have any issues. -

i do the same. but how would you suppose to a lvl 41 to clean out walkers lvl 65, genious? -

There were no level 60+ walkers in any of those maps...not even at the highest difficulty. -

Sorry, that was a wrong number. I mixed player levels with survivor/walker levels.
What i wantet to say is:
A player with lvl 41, who has survivors level 17, maybe 18 has zero chance to fight lvl. 26 or 27 walkers. Even a lvl 62 player with survivors lvl. 20 has no chance. Maybe he makes 2 maps then all his survivors are in the hospital - at the same time a lvl. 70 player makes a walk in the park.
The consequence: players lvl. 62 or lower stop playing GW = too less players = no GW for the high lvl. players because too less people.
Our guild has indeed players of all levels!!! Obviously the GW are just made for the best players and guilds with equal level players, who cares about low level players?
No problem to me, i am lvl 70, just sorry for our low level players - and - no - they wont be kicked out because they are too low.
But i appreciate kaz who mentioned that problem. Maybe bg tries to fix that unbalance🎅 -

Agree that it’s difficult if your guild has mixed leveled players. Ours does too and we do our best to help out those at the lower levels by giving them the easier maps.
I think it would be nice if there was a separate GW “spend gold to send guild members a gift” option that has only red gas and then one with only gold. The lower level players are spending more gas and gold than us higher level players because they have to repeat maps and their hospital gets full pretty quickly. It would be nice if we could help them out to encourage them to keep trying without them feeling like they have to spend real money.
So please don’t say that no one cares about the lower level players because I believe most of us do care. -

Nice thought, but so far the lower leveled dont have a chance at all. Why should i send them gold or gas? To pay even more? The gas is not enough anyway. One weaker member still has over 30 red gas because he cant use it because all his survivors are in the hospital- while i need over 40 gas per battle, but this is another thing.
I see the only solution in having 2 GW teams. Both with 3-5 members. Then they could play a weaker team playing enemies/walkers of their size while we stronger players would have more advanced walkers, more difficult maps, which take more time to play each. This also would reduce the need of gas a little bit. -
@Kaz just a heads up, the bug of somehow allowing fewer than 7 players into a battle IS NOT FIXED. This was our last battle from a few minutes ago. (I kinda feel bad for the other guys, and their wasted keys..)

Knowing their guild name and player names, maybe someone at NG or support can send them a key refund?
