Social Server issues - Taking time to load your Guild information and your Guild Wars progress

UPDATE: We made some improvements already and your progress and guild data should be loading a lot faster.

Due to the great number of battles at the same time, our servers are overloaded. This means that it's taking more time to update your Guild Wars progress and loading your guild information.

We are currently working on it and you should be able to see improvements already in the next battles.

@Kaz and @Shteevie I've played every single map on this set and yet I could only clear one to the left. Other 2 wouldn't show anything even though I'm sure I've played them all one my one from right to letf. Couldn't get to human enemies hence I couldn't clear that sector. I've restarted game few times with no effect
I've bought some gas even in order to clear that and I couldn't.
I understand there are some issiues with the servers but I'm not happy with that result and some compensation would be appreciated please.

We are first working on fixes for the problems we are having and we are going to discuss a compensation for the players after that. The problems you experienced are related to the servers issues.

Just to add -

Map porgress not showing was rarely helped by reloading.
Mutliple players have no score despite completeing maps as well (Myself included)

Seem pointless to play at this point same issues as above even bought gas..Rewarded nothing beside spent money.

We've done some improvements already and we are monitoring how it's going. But battles should still be happening normally every hour.

It still sucks at the moment @Kaz

Even when not actually ablenjoy to field 7 players to start a GW, chat force closed on me a few times just now.

I am of course aware you'll have extreme server load right now.

Yep, we've seen a great improvement already and many players haven't experienced any issue after the first battle. But we are still working on it, so it's possible that some players are still experiencing some difficulties. We did have to kick everyone in the game, so that wasn't a server crash, it was intentional in order to publish our fix. :x

I had the same problem. Used up almost all of my gas. Didn’t get any victory points but I cleared lots of missions. Also, I didn’t get the promised gas refill. My screen still shows that I have all three keys.

Used up all my gas, got 0 guild points, missions did not get marked as completed. Hopefully fixed for the next war next week
