How to search for a friends guild?

My brother and I both have guilds set up but we cannot determine how to join each others guilds. I even spent the 100 gold to advertise. I am the only one in my guild and I would like to add my brother. How can we request to join each others guild?

@cactus68 you need to leave your guild to join another guild. You can’t be in 2 guilds at once.
