We only get 3 keys per day. Does that mean we can only do 3 battles per day or can we get additional keys?

You can play 3 battles per day and at keys will be granted on Sunday, December 16th, at 08:00 UTC. So 6 battles in total per weekend

You won't even need 3. I did one battle and ran out of GW gas.with about 10 mins left. Not spending money for more. This game mode isn't worth it. Gold Wars has officially begun.

So everybody in the guild has a chance to play a battle and also so we don't burn out our players.

I signed up for guild wars earlier but then the server crashed and I was booted offline. When I was able to get back on, it took a key from me but I wasn't able to play. I've only battled twice today, yet have no keys left. This sucks

Sorry about that, Jay!

We are having multiple problems at the same time (yay!) but we are fixing them one by one. So tomorrow our servers should be a lot more stable and you will get more keys to enjoy the battles.
