Members with no keys

Why would some members not be showing up with any keys? We have a few that I am sure are high enough level, but theres nothing by where their key number should be.

@SlayerS Have they played any battles? Could you take a screenshot of that?

I know at least one is high enough... lol. And no, they have not played any battles.

Maybe they haven't logged in yet to claim their keys? Let me know if some of them tell you something!

I see that in our guild too. Click on the player name and look at “last active” and you will see that they have not logged in yet to claim their keys.

@Kaz what determines when a key is actually taken?

We had people sign up but not play and some lost a key while others that did the same thing didn’t lose one!

Another example from the same person.. he signed up for 2 different battles.. he didn’t play either of them.. lost a key the first time but not the second time!

Hm... tricky!

So keys are sent twice every weekend, once at the time a war starts and once again 20 hours after that.

Regarding your guildmates, do you mind asking them to report the case to support explaining what they've done before that so we can identify what happened with both players?

Yes, that's the intended behavior. And it shouldn't consume your key if the battle doesn't start.

Kaz can you confirm this please.. we get 3 keys at the start and 3 more keys 30 hours after the start?

Also is there any other way to get keys?

The whole war last 40 hours, you get more keys after 20, so December 16 at 8:00 AM UTC (Sorry, I wrote 30 in my answer above).

No other way to get keys other than waiting for it.

@Kaz is there a player level requirement for playing GW? Two of my members have no keys, but they also happen to be the two lowest level members. (although at least lvl 60).

To play GW you need to have your Council at level 12, so if they are 60 they have it already. Do you remember if they never got keys or they are only missing today's keys?

They have to actually login to claim them too. If they haven't opened their game since saturday, then they shouldn't have any keys.

Thank you! These two haven't logged in over a day so that solves that mystery! Good to know about the council min as well. Appreciate it.
