How long are you locked in?

Hi there. Just wondering how long you are locked into waiting on the pre-load screen. The war was supposed to start already but we only had 5 members signed up and waiting. Now we seem to be stuck on the preload screen and can't withdraw. Is this a glitch or am I just impatient? :-)

    That happened to us but I was only frozen for a couple of minutes. Did you try restarting your game?

    I tried restarting. I'll try again. Admittedly, I haven't belonged to any guild so I was jumping around to different guilds to try a battle. I thought the game tried to slow me down on that. Ha ha!

    Oh, well I hope restarting works. But yours might be a different issue if you were guild hopping...I don’t know. Sorry.

    I'd say I've been stuck for probably the last 15-20 mins. The pre-load screen just says <1minute for a while now. I've been a bit of a guild war opportunist. Ha ha. Just wanted to check out a battle. :-)

    Thanks for the report! Our devs are investigating it at the moment. But we haven't found the root of the problem yet.

    If you open your game and tap the cog icon on the top right corner of the screen you will find an option called "help" and then "contact us".

    Or you can send them an email, but then they won't have the information from your account, so if you choose to send an email, please provide also your: in-game name, guild name, and player level. Thanks! :)

    In the game, Click settings (gear icon), click Help, then Click on any FAQ to see the answer, you should see Contact Us.
