Keys, VP and RP’s after a Guild Battle

I have joined and played in 2 battles. I have not lost any keys, but I lose gas. Also I win the battle but don’t get any VP (victory points). I have also beat a level with the other guild players but it doesn’t complete after winning the battle. If I try and go back into the battle, it already says I’m in the battle still, even though I completed it. So my main concern is the keys not updated after playing a battle, and VP’s not updated for myself and guild members. Is there anyway to fix, or do I need to contact through the game contact us option?
