One of my players can’t join battles

I’m clan leader and my highest level player can’t join any battle. Quite frustrating since he can score us probably the most points of all members. He joined our guild after the GW event started but I suppose that shouldn’t be the cause of this.

@Crazycrow does your new member have any keys? Without it he can’t join GW battles.
