Why can’t we use Outpost sdefenders in GW?

My Outpost defenders are my best PVP characters. It’s annoying to have to switch to an entirely different interface and swap them out if we want to use them in GW.

I was totally shocked when I tried to use people from the outpost and was denied. No reason for that at all

same question, system pick up defence is so dumb, this game is called strategy game?

Agree. It should be like the Distance, all hands available, separate hospital/healing.
