Are they depending only on the tier you are currently or also on numbers of won/lost battles?

But the tl;dr version is:
- VP and RP reward multipliers increase in higher Tiers, so the higher the tier, the greater the muliplier. The multiplier is only activated when you win a battle, and the multiplier number is shown when the game is calculating your points.
