BUG: Enemy map not visible to select.

My assumption is this occurs when someone has been defeated, or fled a PvP mission - even though it isn't really PvP.

Workaround for now, is to exit the zone, and re-enter it. At this point, the orange mission is now visible.

This should give NG enough to be able to replicate it, and give players a way to deal with it for now.
