Guild war points not being credited.

Just had a guildmate run a battle and it took his gas and rewarded everything but the guild points, says “out of time” Is there a known problem that causes this that we should avoid?

This way I can not play, many problems it took me to be able to join the battle because I left the game automatically and when I can not count the points of the phases, sort this out

Battle just occurred, so started at 2pm EST. between the guilds Damaged Goods and Czech Tomatoes. The player was Buddy in Damaged Goods.

Might be that he actually ran out of time? If a player completes a mission after the battle has ended, the Victory Points won't be added. Or did it occur in the middle of the battle?

This was the middle of the war and happened for every map he cleared. Took his gas, rewarded everything but the victory points.

We also had the same problem with nothing being credited as it was completed. The battle started at 11 am CST and it was Vault112 Eh vs Red Machine. @Kaz

I had the same issue during the 0900est war. i entered a detailed report on help - contact us link. note the additional symptom is that you are not actually clearing the attack. when you go back the the selection screen you have the blue flasher on the attack showing you still being active. it cost me 18 gas since I also didn't get the 5 gas back from the war.

The cause might be that in the previous battle I was fighting while time did run out and the flag for out of time was never reset with the start of the new war.

I'll report it forward. But at the moment we don't know exactly why this is happening, so it's still under investigation.

Since I'm a level 70 high man in the guild it almost cost us the war. 13 attacks and a score of ZERO for VP. Also meant that since I usually fight the humans we had trouble clearing the sector. only cleared the first 2 instead of 5-6 we normally were clearing.

I'm level 70 and it got me stuck on 39 points after 12 missions and it adjusted after a hard restart

I did a complete power down of my iPad during the battle to no effect. Also tried killing the app a couple times.
Never mind that in our first battle the entire guild got booted from the war and when we reentered it consumed another key.

I had the same thing happening last war weekend when I had signed up for a battle that didn't take place and was automatically signed up for the next one.

Never happened again - I always withdrew and signed up again after that. Not sure if that will work for everyone but it seems to work for me.

As you can see it shows me on the roster, but I cannot score.

I've restarted my tablet, but same thing. Point of note is that it still shows me in the map I just cleared. (Right hand side, #3)

@Scowley send a support request it seems like somethings not in sync. Did you sign up before or during the battle? I know there’s been issues where if you signed up for a few battle sessions without it starting (not meeting the minimum required players to start the battle). If this is the case, it’s best to register and withdraw and register every so often.

I think you're right. If I wasn't fighting, I was very close.
Also my key had previously been submitted for battles that didn't go ahead due to not reaching 6 players. These things seem to be related to others problems.

WTF!! I just spent 50 minutes battling just to find that i wasnt getting any war points..

Same thing for me on the 9am EST guild wars. Tried reloading, rebooting, logging out and in of Google Play, and resetting wifi.

Only thing that I can think of is the prior GW match that I played last night. Went into a mission with 1 minute left and did not complete it in time. Is my game now gliched and stuck on 'Out of time?' Did anyone else here have this happen the same way?

Same thing happened to me at 3pm UTC. I burned quite a bit of gas this battle and scored 0. Would not let me close maps either apparently which hurt my team. I was trying to play fast to earn for our guild so didn't notice right away.

Will our guilds and the affected players be compensated?

Had the same thing happen to me at 1500 hrs (3 pm) central time. Not very happy!

Besides not getting the victory points, it also showed that the area I was previously in as not completed.

When that happened to me last war, I didn't get anything - so my guess is no.
