    I believe the answer is yes for at least 2 reasons, and hope I'm not wrong after saying this.

    Given that razor trait ignores the first 20/30% of Damage Reduction. Also because I've had had tougher job with some defenders, and assumed it to be DR badges. Especially when it's established favoured heros that I believe have required a bit extra to finish off, and they are the ones DR would most likely be put on.
