Trouble loading game / stuck on splash screen

I have a guild member with this problem and I'm trying to help with everything I know but with no success.

I'm wondering if anyone else is having this problem?

Yeah, same problem for me (and a few guildmates) ... Same problem on phone, tablet or PC (BlueStacks) ...

I remember there was a similar problem last update that effected many players and I'm wondering if this is something similar.

My guild members was able to play after the update for a few hours but has been unable to log in for a couple of hours.

Game tries to load, loading bar goes to full but game does not launch.

They have uninstalled & reinstalled twice with no success. We also tried freeing memory on their device and the three finger trick.

@Kaz could you please look into this. I've sent you a pm with player details. I'm beginning to suspect this is a similar issues as what happened last update.

*guild member is using Android

Ok. I'm now convinced there is something strange going on. Now another one of our players @Stelio is having the same problem.

I don't think we are going to be able to do anything today because it seems it requires a deep investigation. But I'll let you know when I have more info about it.

This is pretty concerning. @Stelio might not hit 5k this week

Thanks to Kaz and zbot for their help. Both players are now able to log in.

@zbot you can close this thread. Seems everything is working fine now.
