Missing key!

We have 1 very pissed of player in our guild and rightly so! (He also happens to be our best GW player (due to having an IphoneX)) he started having issues during his second battle with scores not registering and restarted the game. It helped a bit but already lost around 300 VP/RP equivalent. Worse of all when he went to play his third battle it was showing as he had no keys left! Meaning our last battle of day was missing a great player and we may have won if he was playing! So the whole guild lost out! And it was going so well for us today too!

    Same here with our best player @Kyrus he is also the only one playing on iOS. Because of the missing key we missed out the chance to get to silver 2 this war. He can score 750 while we dont even hit 500. His missing key has really f*cked up things.

    Exact same story. His points didnt add so he restarted amd lost his last key

    We had our best player locked out and lost 3 keys.. we lost entire battle scores and NOW our best people are scoring 0! The game is really screwed and infuriating! I lost 3 battle scores last war and I was not happy!

    Lost a key while having to reboot a couple of times to get the game to finally credit my score. Still had to waste time fighting the same battle 4 times to get it to recognize me.

    LOL...wow. We had our best player and at least 1 other each lose a key as well on Saturday and need to restart multiple times. I guess it pays to not be the best! No issues for me except long load times when I didn't have them previously. Regardless, my group went 8-0 this weekend knocking off some top Guilds. Very happy with how we did!

    Me and a few of our players were locked out on Saturday during the first battle. Would have won that if we had been able to play (we were signed up, so lost a key, too) - it was a close call.

    We would have unlocked the next tier had we won that battle.

    Oh well... it sucks. But we'll get there next war weekend (if there is no glitchy glitchy glitch glitch again).

    Well we only rallied enough players for one battle on Saturday and I'm glad I didn't push them to play more based on all the bad experiences the majority seemed to have.

    @katz-killers18 as there are only 8 replies to this unlike the pages and pages of responses to issues last war. I would say the majority of people managed to play without a hitch. As did we apart from that one battle and 1 person glitching out. Overall it was a much better experience all round and much more enjoyable.

    Other people's best players what device were they using,
    Could that be something to do with it?
