level 13/15 legendary would be just as good as a 13/13 epic! This is one of the reasons why it was so infuriating that we had to level up the tent an extra step to start getting appropriate max leveled survivors again.

@jureforjustice Yes, leveling up the tent increased the maximum level cap. Level 4 I could get level 13's and level 5 I now get level 15's max. haven't seen a 16 yet. It's been reported that at level 6 tent you can get level 17 survivors.

@zoson I think I may have confused myself... Are we talking about the RADIO TENT and not TENTS (gives XP/hour)?

i got a level 16 max in lvl 6 tent (see pic in post). havent seen a 17 lot of 15s tho. congrats on that assault leg very nice pull!

I used 15 radios for the 1st time 3 days ago and received an epic shooter 5/13. My radio tent is lv 5, so how come I didn't get a lv 15 max survivor? Does it increase your chances of getting a max lv 15 or guarantee it?

It just raises the max level you *can* get, it's still a range. Sorry about the ketchup. My bad.

Higher level radio tents just guarantees a High level Survivors...but not a High Star ones?

correction, higher level radio tent just gives a chance to call a higher level survivor, it is not a 100% guarantee, you can still call a low level survivor.. also not a guaranteed higher star..

Thanks for the posts everyone. I am trying to be patient. Which is truly a must with this game. But in a good way.

I have lvl 10 council and lvl 4 Radio tent. I did do around 15 calls with 1 radio the other day to see what I got.

The haul wasn't bad, but nothing worth retiring the survivors I already had.

I was planning on waiting until the Assault class is open to me, but now I'm going to wait until my Radio tent is at least lvl 5, but probably 6. Those radios are too previous.
Plus I'd rather use the XP on Survivors with a higher cap.

I am Curious @zoson @Digitalbud are you at lvl 12 council as well? Also what is your personal lvl?

yes max tent and council. level 35. lots of epics but no more luck on legs after the 1. do 2-3 15 radios per day. in all 1 leg in about 30 15 radio openings in the past couple weeks.

its all random. Some people are getting multiple legendaries in the 15 radio bundle. Some are getting legendary in the 1 radio bundle. Some are getting no legendary in 10+ 15 radio bundles. No guarantees. I've personally done at least 20 of the 15 radio bundles and got 1 legendary that is worse than some of my rares. You just never know.

just make sure you have good connection when calling lol. have had phones returned and character lost due to connection issue. luckily was an epic and not a leg.
