Has the increased body shot starting point been lowered?

According to OLT’s info, the likelihood of bodyshots should increase starting 3 levels above your toon, and 4 above a hero. So my level 26, two pink star toons should see increased body shots at 31, correct? When I click on their stars info, it says they start at 30. Am I not calculating this right, or has it been changed?

When I get more time..... I can dig deeper....... but real quick ( and heroes get a +1 on top )

having 1 pink goes to +3
having 2 pink goes to +4
having 3 pink goes to +5

OK, thanks so much both of you! I guess I just read OLT’s statement wrong. I get overly paranoid sometimes with this game :-)
