Not really necessary but it is a pet peeve of mine to not spend all my points earned.  I always seem to have 8 or 9 left over.  Can after the last week we get 1 gas for 2 points?

Give me a Blizzard Pistol with those ☝️traits I'll take it too. BP has a bonus attack so it's a little better in that regard, but it doesn't attack the ground so a little more limiting on the charge. BP also I might prefer Cripple in there somewhere too. 


But yeah, we're overdue a Good pay version of Pulverizer.

Yes, but now will it not be the case that whatever traits are released on the Pulveriser, the majority response is going to be, “I wish we had those traits on the BP”. But if your version of Pulveriser had come out before anyone heard of BP there’d have been a much more excitable response, no?

I’m not entirely convinced by the charge on the ground argument made in the DCM vs Oblit debate, and I think it’s much less compelling in the BP vs Pulveriser discussion to come

What's great about this is that it will cripple on normal attacks and charge attacks. Normally a charge attack you won't cripple because it's not a body shot but with this weapon every attack would be crippling. And your shooter can get back to the business of burning

I’ve been wondering for a while what would happen to a herded Walker who’d been herded with an Ensnare weapon. There’s got to be a small chance they’ll be rooted, right?

If an already rooted walker gets herded the herded status takes precedent over the rooted status, but I don’t know about the other way round for a herd resistant walker

I was thinking about a Lucky bruiser armour too. I hope we’ll get a Tactical/Primed/HS/Lucky one first though. Or has that been in a GW shop already?

And please could we have a Tactical melee regular armour for the 1500RP lower tier option?

I’d love to see a Tactical/Primed/Ruthless for warriors or scouts

I think I might understand why Wide Arc can’t work on single target weapons now. Someone pointed out (might have been you @JordanYuki) that Wide Spread modifies the angle of the attack range, presumedly it’s the same for Wide Arc?

I guess the angle of a single point can’t be modified in the same way as an angle can. I’m no mathematician but that makes sense to me.

My suggestion to fix this problem (and to make infused melee weapons a viable option) is quite simple, introduce a new ordinary weapon trait for scouts and bruisers. Call it Reach, basically all it’d do is increase the area of attack for weapons.

Bronze - 2 tiles (like Riot Shield)
Silver - 3 tiles (like Hockey Stick)
Gold - I don’t know, 5 seems too much but I don’t think 4 is possible.

On the one hand I don’t think a scout/bruiser weapon which can target 5 enemies in a single attack would be any real competition to Mercer’s Axe or Riot Shield, so it’s not game breaking. But on the other I think it might be real competition for Crescent Edge or Hockey Stick, so it might be revenue breaking.

I don’t know if this would be possible but maybe the trait could be limited to only silver and gold?

Both Wide Arc and Wide Spread increases the angle of the attack cone but they have different values. Warriors only have 1 target with a normal weapon without wide arc. Wide arc (Silver) let’s them hit 3 enemies like hockey stick and wide arc (Gold) let’s them hit 7 enemies like Obsidian Ripper. 

Even with gold wide arc, the bruiser weapon I suggested would still be second best for crowd control after Riot Shield but it would do a lot more damage. Would be prefect for Rosita, especially when paired with Beth.

Are you sure about this? I think normal warrior weapons attack 3 before any traits are unlocked

Could this be the reason we’ve never seen wide arc appear on an infused bruiser or scout weapon? If so then I guess we’re going to keep getting weapons like Freedom (which I quite like) and Mercer’s Toothpick in the GW shop until a new weapon trait is released for scouts and bruisers

Yea that must be the reason, I checked and it looks like a normal scout or bruiser weapon with gold wide arc would have a slightly bigger arc than a hockey stick but maybe not enough to hit more enemies.
