Yep, that’d make it a much better all-rounder I think. And now that you mention it, maybe Incendiary on a shooter weapon isn’t that important for PvP or for a defender weapon, seeing as there’s probably fire elsewhere in the team. Or they could even boot out Lucky entirely?

Would I be wrong to assume that the next 2 Infused Weapons are for Scouts and Bruisers? Quite possibly a long overdue and much needed Bruiser Weapon with Swift Strike and a Wide Damage cone like Morgan's Staff/Festive Lucille? Preferably something unique like the Alexandria Revolver or the Survival Pass weapons that aren't offered elsewhere? **fingers crossed**🤞🤞

I think only regular weapons can be infused, right? And Special Functionality weapons cannot? Which means the only Infused weapons we can ever get for scouts and bruisers will be single target weapons. Unless NG change the rules for Infusing, which I really hope they do.

Id be interested to know how long it’s been since an infused melee weapon was close to being considered a top tier weapon. Was Daryl’s Infused Hunting Knife Mk.1 considered top tier when it came out?

@BenjaminT no I don't think so. Daryl's knife was top tier so long ago, but by the time we got an infused one there were other better options.

But then, I'm starting to head toward the camp of not caring if guild wars infused gear is "top tier". I'm fine with it being "good" or even "great", but current top tier items should be $$.

Give away last year's top tier, or the year before lol. Too many FTP dominating as it is.

Fair enough. Maybe ‘top tier’ is setting the bar unfairly high then. What about ‘pretty decent’, or the last time a melee infused weapon was something to get mildly excited about? 

I like Freedom, I think it’s fairly decent in Brosita’s hands and charged bruiser week should be fun in nightmare rounds with Freedom and Riot Shield in the same team

I think if you want better infused meme weapons, we'll need to try and come up with better melee weapon traits. The more, the better. And traits that compliment melee hero leader traits. Good luck! 😉🍻

Hmm… if Riot Shields can guarantee herding with a charge attack then maybe a melee weapon with Herd trait could have a 60% chance to herd walkers adjacent to the target?

I guess it would be a great idea for a new hero leader trait if you adjust it a little, for Lidya maybe  
because giving this trait for all melee heroes means to completely devalue Beta and make him useless at all

Besides, riot Shield is already been given for free twice. The Best-in-class (BY FAR) Bruiser weapon. 4 FREE TWICE. Crazy Right?

Interrupt MS too, my only gripe being that I wish I had this last week for Zeke as SH haha.

Best shop in a long time, it'll be the first one in ages where I won't feel like I'm spending my points just for the sake of it

Then no. It's an ok beginner weapon of you're looking to use a little melee, but it's nowhere near top tier.
