Level of rewards

in Bug Reports
For a couple of weeks  now the rewards I've been getting  have been level 27. My survivors  are levels 23 & 24, which means the weapons and armour  are useless to me. I'm  sending a mountain of junk for recycling  and I'd  rather have some stuff I  can use. HELP.

    Gear rewards are based off the mission difficulties unfortunately

    This is a flaw in the game for mid-range players. We've addressed it many times but so far it hasn't been fixed

    Gear should be +/- 1 of your Max survivor level
