There is some skin ideas for outdated heroes:

Aaron, Season 11 - Eugene, Season 10 - Negan, Season 11

Survivalist Rick (Scout), Season 5 - Huntsman Daryl (Scout), Season 11 - Ezekiel, Season 11

Gabriel, Season 11 - Last season Jesus - Jerry, Season 10

Last season Tara - Whisperer Negan - Masked Alpha

Shane, Season 1 - Last season Michonne - Officer Michonne, Season 5

Carl, Season 7 - Terminus Carol (Hunter), Season 5 - All Out War Carol, Season 8

Sasha, Season 3 - Hershel, Season 4 - Eugene, Season 11

    These are great.  I wouldn't want to see the Archer Carol one unless there is an alt version of her. It would just be another Merle where you have a weapon you can't use!

    I think of all of them I would most like to see a new Eugene.  He is one of the most used heroes and his current outfit looks terrible.

    You're not wrong. I just mean I wouldn't want to see an Archer skin on Scout Carol.  I would rather them use this idea for a new alt hero.

    You're not wrong. I just mean I wouldn't want to see an Archer skin on Scout Carol.  I would rather them use this idea for a new alt hero.
    Also Carol deserves an useful hero like Daryl and Rick.. she is one of the most important characters since the first season and no one uses her scout version

    1 episode. He had 1 episode like that. Carol is so due!
    2 episodes... first when he had to shoot his zombie wife and the one from season 8. So yes, Morgan is not a sniper ... :|

    He was a sniper in season 8? Wow, i was not paying attention. That must've been really fast.

    Which i guess is kind of the point.

    Yes, he was in the lookout watching the sanctuary. Although not sure if he he ever actually fired a shot.

    Sniper Morgan is a badass on defensive in the Outpost. I am finally getting consistent wins there using him. To maximize his ability (Perceptive), you need to be able to generate numerous attacks when it is not your turn, such as through Revenge, Retaliate, and Punish, and this is one case where Vigilant and Defensive Stance can pay off. Sure Shot also applies.

    Lol…where is the “frumpy housewife” version of Rosita?  She used to be such a bad-@$$ on the show when she first appeared with Abraham and Eugene:  hot AF, dangerous, and dressed to kill…then, she and that ridiculous priest, Gabriel shacked up and she squeezed out a unit (from Siddiq no less)…completely killed her character and many fans’ interest in her.

    Yeah a ton of boring story but at least she can go out into a storm and kill off a cluster of walkers with a machete like a badass.
