in General No Man's Land Discussion

  We all agreed to test Beta wars after the big failure of the wars.  To a large extent, players and the development team find a common language and solve many issues related to errors(bug) in the game. The compensation tool works. That's good, thank you.   This week I faced the opposite, the technical support in the game said, I'm sorry, but it's not always possible to help everyone. How is that even possible ?)) Not for everyone ? What are the criteria ? I was faced with the fact that in the beta war on difficulty 44 at the very beginning of the mission, a stunned burning metalhead grabbed my fighter for two moves. This bug has been known for a long time, everyone promises to remove it for more than one year. Naturally, I was very upset that I could lose and let my entire team down. For me, everything ended well , I won the mission, but the residue remained.  Probably I would be calm if after my treatment came Easy compensation at least for the treatment of this fighter, but no, why read above.  I think it's shameful and petty!  It's time to create a feed with a list of bugs that are compensated for and which are not. So that players know what to expect and what not to expect.  P/S I am not a native English speaker, but I hope to convey my thoughts correctly to the community.  I hope there is some answer to this: @Fluxxx @Vane  Thanks.

    I agree with you guys.  I also believe that such errors should be removed from the game.  Otherwise, it upsets the balance very much.  Compensation should be 100% in such cases.

    I noticed a bug where attacks disappear.  I play calmly, the game server works fine that day, but the attacks disappear.  Last time 3 attacks disappeared.  I usually don't follow it, but that day I had a plan for every attack.  It is possible that on other days my attacks also disappear.  Other players in our guild have similar problems.  It so happens that the Internet disappears on the road, the mission reboots and the attack disappears.  I've heard about this more than once.  But this did not happen to me.  During the war days, I have to stay at home so that the Internet is good.  ))

    My guildmate experienced the same bug.
    We can ask support and they will compensate some RP,
    Although they can't compensate VP and the loss.
    Because this is the BETA. stay safe!!

    It will remain beta forever because then they have an excuse for not fixing anything.

    You basically said it all, but truth is: this game mode is just terrible and one of the worst things that coild have been done to the game. Once the hype passes all that's left is damage. Retired players, guilds torn apart, enraged p2w etc.

    Yes, they should fix this bug.

    It is ridiculous that a stunned walker grabs you when it burns you into red health!

    After 1 or 2 times you should know though...

    And it has nothing to do with guild wars...

    You can't keep asking a refund if you know it is there and there is something you can do about it to prevent it. Everyone is on an even playing field. This will happen to EVERYONE.

    Sorry, but that is bullshit why I need to be aware of all bugs in this game. This is not a players job. Sure I start now a databank to list all bugs to prevent of being rigged lool.

    You're an amazing person :)). Who said I had it twice? It was on GW ! Well, this is all nonsense. How do you avoid this? Will you remove retribution and punishment from Glen? Or you will build your tactics around this bug - what nonsense ! Think what you write, good Luck!!

    Wel actually, you wrote it was "a bug known for a long time". So I figured it wasn't your first time experience with it.

    Yes, I will and have been building my tactic around this bug for years now (I don't let my bruiser that is going into red, if possible, close to burning walkers at the end of the turn. And sometimes it does get me because of bad luck.
    Then that is it for me. Bad luck.

    The point in guild wars, for me, everyone has to deal with this bug. I don't agree we should, but that's it.
    I don't expect support to give me reimbursement each time.

    Furthermore, NG should do something about it but it has nothing to do with guild wars. The bug is in the entire game.

    Lastly, I did think what I wrote. I knew it would rub wrong on some but I'm just adding my point of view to the discussion. That what the forum is for.
