Dear TWDNML players and developers,

First of all, I don’t want to share players by nations, courtiers etc. We all love this game and I’d like to thanks developers for time and efforts they invest at the game. You are doing a great job and create an amazing game - thank you a lot for this!

About the situation that took place at NW5 I also would like to talk on behalf of players who are really care Fair Play Policy of the game and definitely with all my respect to other players, NW organizers and participants.

Well, the competition rules were announced in advance (more than a month before). There are only 10 clauses so it doesn’t take a lot of time or efforts to read them all.

Clause 8 says: “Players that received a ban from NG during and after NW4 will not play in NW5” and clause 10 says “Every player accepts with their participation the "Nation Wars Fair Play Policy“.

So the players (who were banned since NW4) registered at the war agreed these clauses and violated rules with intention...

Why the leaders of these teams did not double check the proper understanding of all the rules by their teammates is a question...

I completely agree with Burmeliinis that it is a very strict decision to reject all the team from competition because of a few players irresponsibility, but I believe that it would be a fair and proper solution just not to count their scores at the team summary score.

But, at the same time, changing rules during a competition, especially by a “confidential vote”, doesn’t look proper at all - it beaks the publicity and transparency of all the competition and shows a disrespect to absolutely all players.

Moreover, in my opinion the leaders of teams with banned players should had not voted regarding this question.(It looks weird when a person/team breaking the rules votes for changing this rules, doesn’t it?).

To draw the conclusion, I’d like said that we all are human beings and all make mistakes, and definitely deserve understanding and forgiveness. At the same time, we should respect all the people surrounding us (the country and nationality don’t really matter), but Fair Play rules and transparency of the game and standards should be the same for all players and teams.
