Frozen in battle

The screen has frozen at the end of my battle fight and logging in&off doesn’t help. I’ve been stuck for hours. Any advice

When my screen freezes, I have to turn my device completely off and then back on to unfreeze.

I am not frozen but I AM stuck in a guild wars kill all battle that will not let me out...been stuck for 4 days and no word from support can ANYONE get a word out to help me??? Ive never seen anything like this b4!

I am just curious... did this happen on Sunday Battle? And maybe you were playing in last minutes and time run out while you were still in the mission?

Ok, i read other thread now and understand what happened 

Well it's your fault, can't fall asleep while battle is going on, dude!     

When trying to load game, press and hold 3 fingers on loading screen - that's how you open ticket for support. Explain the problem there and i am sure they will get you out
