Sweden was robbed of a win in a GW match by NG 's bug

I am writing you on behalf of the guild Sweden.During the time, this game had many bugs, but the latest one is completely unacceptable.We were robbed of a win during the Tuesday game 02.03.2021 vs Stay Alive.The number of our ticket is [480631]

1.      On 6H we piled together 3 KAW s : 8 ppl on 2 KAW, 7 ppl on 1 KAW.In the last one wich I added it here in the pic, our member Mike was kicked during the battle.He lost the sword , 0 points awarded instead of 48 point and a win for Sweden.End of story.

2. Our member FastNet was in touch with with MAVS NWO and Red Snow.They had the same issue

3.     GW is my passion and that s why I continue to play this game, like many of us from this guild.When is a GW day, we spend like 12h  to make a strategy, to coordinate and of course the biggest challenge is to pile 8 ppl at the same time some KAW s.Do u realise how hard is to do that and in the end to lose because some ppl from your crew don’t do their job ?

4     We are all asking to award us the win and all we deserve from this win.

5.   Make sure GW works without bugs

6. We are losing our confidence in you and we are very disappointed the way you are handling bugs.This is not a professional way at all.

Hey SJC, 

Thanks for the report, I'm really sorry that this happened to your team it feels terrible, I know, especially if you've put in a lot of effort into planning. It's good that you submitted the ticket - we're not able to add missing VP, but player support will compensate you with the winning RP bonus. 

We currently have a high number of tickets so it may take some time before you get a response, but rest assured that it will come

game probably wasn't designed for piling, so in the end if you exploit a loophole then you get what you deserve

Piling was indeed initially an exploit, but now it's "strategy", since everyone knows about it. 

(well technically, that's very very far from true because probably the majority of the player base doesn't know about it. Just the small fraction that visits forums /line etc)

But since it was a glitched server or whatever that caused the loss of a match it's not the players fault and the same thing could have happened on a mission that wasn't stacked.

I'm glad the players are being compensated for this bug, since it clearly cost them a victory.

indeed it is a strategy, and I agree not all guilds would know about it, just like the the weekly challenge, there are some maps that are made much easier by certain leader traits and positioning etc, point I was trying to make was as piling wasn't really intended ( or at least we don't think it was) piling all 8 of your team at the same time in a game mode known for its bugs is only going to increase the possibilities of more glitches.

@SJC I was only trying to state this point, I do not think my comment was stupid or indeed toxic as you have wrongfully suggested above.
To say you were robbed of a win may also be incorrect, as the other team may have suffered similar glitches themselves which could have effected their score.
I personally think NG are doing a great job with GW and hope the upcoming changes are able to rectify a lot of the issues.

Such fowl language  @croodile I am assuming your reply was aimed at @atlas as I suggested it was a loophole ?
@SJC I don't know why you think I am embarrassing myself, you are the one being very condescending towards a fellow player here.
this is a public forum where as you posted your comment in here, is open to others  to comment upon it, there is no need whatsoever to start implying that one is embarrassing themselves or is trolling or infract so stupid that I have to read something a number of times to understand it.
Many people in life suffer from learning difficulties and dyslexia or mental health issues, Your  opinions are  directed at another player and  is rather insulting towards myself. If you do not agree with my opinion then then that is ok, there is no need whatsoever to reply in such a manor. 
I have made no personal comments towards you whatsoever.
