We lost our keys for two days.

Hi, this is really starting to happen, it's been a long time since this happened.

We played against TOP guilds, which makes it even sadder.

I know that the gold tools will not return today, as well as the time spent, although people spend real money and their time on it

I understand that this is a Beta War, but money is unfortunately not Beta. How would you solve all your mistakes if we didn't spend our time and money on it and didn't inform you as soon as we see something wrong in the game, errors?!

I ask you to urgently consider Compensation options in such cases, otherwise it all looks ugly from NG.

We played with Wild Walking, the key disappeared, played on March 5, and with the RottingInHell team-we suspect that we closed the mission but it did not close, on March 7 .

Hi mir,

We do offer compensations for various issues in GW, including the one you mentioned about missions not closing, just submit a support ticket  

I'm not sure what you mean by keys dissapearing, because that's not an issue that we've had - in all cases where something like that was reported we ended up finding that the full amount of attacks was actually used, and it was just a miscalculation.

but when he go on next mission he lost 2 swords at one time, I'm saw that on score screen
so we have lost 1 sword

Absolutely the same situation on Tuesday. Because of this sword Red Snow had an wrongful and undeserveddefeat against GK Crew and as was become clear later it may be say that lost the 1st total place for the full week. Though, considering such problem for another guilds and teams, who knows how many results per week was honest. For why we have a wars, the results of which nobody can say how much honestly their results?

Dear @Fluxxx, it is really not so rare situation where somenody have a banal miscount with quantity of swords. But it is not this case because not only one case happened previous week.

it's demoralising a lot, we already has one red gas use at that time and then this bug
